4. Make iCloud the Boss

Your iPhone usually defaults to saving contacts in your iCloud account. However, if you’ve let it wander off to another service like Gmail or Outlook, it could be having a digital tantrum. Head to the Settings app, scroll down to ‘Contacts,’ then tap ‘Default Account’ and choose ‘iCloud.’ Problem solved, like magic!

5. Give iCloud a Little Jolt

If your iPhone still won’t cooperate, it might be having a tiff with iCloud. To patch things up, disable and then re-enable iCloud contact sync.
